Who is Lecico South Africa?

Not only are we part of one of the largest producers and exporters of sanitary ware and tiles in the world, but we are also one of the largest importers of sanitary ware and bathroom ware products into South Africa over the last twenty years.

But we are more than that…

For many years, Lecico South Africa’s product offering was the same as our competitors, albeit with improved quality.But our recent success has been our devotion to offering our customers innovative product solutions, by continually challenging the traditional market structures. WHAT DO WE MEAN?

We have focussed our business on doing what we do best, by concentrating on the issues that matter most to our customers, like

  • STOCK AVAILABILITY- Ensuring continuity of supply through stock availability, which reduces our client’s stock holding and costs
  • ON-TIME-DEILIVERIES- JIT delivery service, provides for efficient planning and peace of mind.
  • SUPPORT- Technical support, product training, and efficient after sales service.

And how do we know we are successful?

We measure our capabilities through an OTIF system.

But our strategy of providing a solution also incorporates our innovative product ranges,

  • We successfully launched the Grab & Go concept of boxing products.
  • We introduced the new concept of a “bathroom in a box” with much success.
  • In line with our strong challenger approach, we have enhanced our boxed ranges by adding complimentary products, including tap range, and plumbing products, achieving success with these innovative products in specific market segments.

And this all in the last three years…
