Duravit warranty policy

1. For delivered products, we give a warranty on:

  • Flawless material
  • Professional construction and production.
  • We conform to the DIN norms, construction and test regulations, official test certificates and reports.
  • Production and certification is done according to ISO 9001 standards.

2. Warranty of five years on all ceramic products:

  • Natural fading of colour
  • Natural cracking
  • Natural lifting of the glazing

3. Warranty of five years on baths and shower trays.

4. Warranty of two years on the technology used in spa and whirl baths.

5. Warranty of two years for all bathroom furniture.

6. Warranty of six months on all electric components. This is only if installed and assembled by a licensed installer or plumber.

7. Warranty of one year on all mechanisms and inlet valves
