Solvent Free Epoxy Primer and Base Coat
PRODUCT DATA SHEET
Description
A solvent free high performance epoxy primer for concrete. Formulated to
provide fast thin film cure with absence of amine blush under low temperatures
and high humidity conditions. Will adhere to damp surfaces.
Uses
A high build epoxy primer base coat for use on high density, sound concrete
surfaces particularly under adverse conditions of low temperature and high
humidity.

Preparation
Concrete surfaces to be clean, sound, laitance and
dust free with suitable preparation methods being vacuum blasting, grit or sand
blasting and high pressure water blasting.
Use Ivory Remove diluted 1:100 with water to remove oil prior to blasting.
Application
Apply thoroughly mixed product by rush or roller at 5–6mm²/L dependent on
surface profile.
Should over 24 hours elapse before over coating, the surface must be
mechanically abraded before application of the following coat.
