Manufactured from SABS-quality galvanised steel varying in thickness depending on individual needs and
architects specifications.

Undertile flashing is mainly used to seal the roof where the roof and a parapet wall join.

This type of flashing is installed against the wall and fits underneath the roof tiles (concrete), therefore the
lip that turns up.

According to the profile it is clear that the short lip hooks underneath the concrete tile to secure the flashing,
thus preventing the water from running down underneath the tiles.

Undertile flashing is made in two different sizes - 175x50mm and 225x75mm.

A good quality acrylic PVA paint should be used to paint the galvanised material which will ensure a durable
stylish installation that will last many years.
