Why is Aerolite itchy?
Where can I get it from?
Aerolite is an insulation product that is made from pure spun glass and
bonded with a resin to form a 'blanket'. Installed correctly in your
ceiling, Aerolite forms a thermal barrier which keeps heat out in summer,
and stops heat that is generated inside your home from escaping in
winter. By keeping a more constant temperature, Aerolite keeps you and
your family comfortable all year round.
How much does Aerolite save on my bills?
Aerolite reduces heat flow by up to 87% and can lower the temperature
in summer by up to 5 degrees C. Energy consumption is thus less, to the
value of an average R450 per annum.
Aerolite carries a 30 year guarantee.
No! Aerolite is the only insulation in South Africa that does not burn.
That's because it is made from fibreglass, and it is the safest insulation
you can buy.
The fibres in Aerolite may react with you skin on extensive contact.
This contact however, is in no way harmful and does not last. For more
information on the health and safety aspects of glasswool products, click

Aerolite is available from a range of outlets around the country. See distribution
list, your local hardware, or contact Lee-Anne.
