FACTORYLITE
Industrial Roofing Insulation
 A 50mm think pink fibreglass insulation bonded on one side to reinforce
kraft/aluminium foil. Manufactured in 1320mm wide rolls with a cover of 1200mm and in any
length from 8 metres up to 25 metres in 100mm increments. Factorylite is the updated and improved version of Flexible Foil Building Insulation.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
- Begin at the roof apex. Straining wires should be 300mm apart and fixed at top and bottom.
- Roll Factorylite over the purlins ensuring an overlap on the apex and then clamp Factorylite between two battens at the top of the roll.
- Fasten Factorylite to the top purlin with a hoop iron.
- Pull down with even tension to take out the slack. Clamp Factorylite between two battens at the bottom of the roll.
- Attach Factorylite to the bottom purlin with a hoop iron.
- Fold up the overlapping foil.
- Keep both edges level and staple at the bottom.
- Fold over and tuck in between sections and staple again.
